Couples want to connect sooner, ask questions, and feel confident in their decisions along the way — not just once the clock is already ticking. So, we built something for exactly that and call it our Wedding Day Management — the little sister to Full Coordination.
What you get
Our Wedding Day Management service is for couples who want to take on the leg work of the wedding planning themselves but want us there to be the eye for detail and most importantly, be there on your wedding day to make sure everything turns out INCREDIBLE!
You’ll have 6 hours to spend one-on-one with us prior to us getting started on the ‘month of’ aspect of your service. Once we’ve arrived at the one month before your wedding day mark, you’ll hand over the reins to us and you go pour yourselves a cocktail or some sparkling, whatever tickles your fancy.
We’re going to produce your wedding day, create a wildly detailed and customized wedding day timeline, design floor plans for your ceremony and reception, touch base with all your wedding vendors and so much more.
The month before a wedding can feel like a whirlwind — emotions are high, the to-do list is long, and suddenly everyone has questions. Our job is to take the logistical pressure off so you can be fully present for the moments that actually matter while we handle the rest.

- We can curate your entire wedding décor and design concept with you — from inspiration and colour palettes to textures, materials, and all the details that bring the vibe to life.
- Have us with you at your ceremony and/or reception venue to do a site visit, point out blind spots and do some layout brainstorming.
- We could flush out your entire wedding day timeline from the moment you open your eyes on the morning of all the way through to when the last drink is poured!
